CANCELLATION OF UNUSUAL ORDERS

There may be certain orders that Barley Beauty Cosmetics cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing, certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole, etc. We will notify you in case your order has been canceled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to ship your order.

  1. In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our logistic partner from our end, they still may attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  2. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.

We will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our place.

  • For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
  • For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours of us receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Incase of payment error or payment not reflecting on our website but has been debited from your end, we request you to wait for at least 10 days for the payment to reflect back to your account from bank. 

Please note that Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
